Order Cutoff Time
All orders placed before 2 PM New York Time (GMT -5) will be processedhe same business day. Orders received after this cutoff will be processed the next business day. Please note that this applies to standard processing times and does not account for shipping transit times.
Shipping Address Changes

Lost or Stolen Packages
If shipping protection was not selected, we are unable to offer compensation for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at sales@velluraskin.com. While we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed to the courier, we will assist you in resolving the issue, including contacting the courier on your behalf.
We offer shipping protection for an additional cost at checkout. If you have purchased shipping protection and your package is lost or stolen, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
